Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Fetch account and all associated data.

In the app

1. Sign in and open Profile.
2. Scroll to Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your data is deleted immediately.

By email

Can't sign in? Email petcommunity2021@gmail.com from your account email and we'll delete it within 30 days.

Deleting some things without deleting your account

You don't have to close your account to remove something. Signed in, you can delete individual items and keep everything else:

• Health documents — vaccination cards, prescriptions and lab reports, from Health → Documents. The file leaves our storage as well as the app.
• Care records — weight, deworming, walk and other entries, from the records list on your pet.

For anything else you'd like removed, email petcommunity2021@gmail.com from your account email and tell us what to delete. We'll action it within 30 days and confirm when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your profile, all your pets and their photos and QR tags, your lost/found reports, community-dog contributions, care reminders, and clinic memberships. This is immediate and cannot be undone. Anonymous found-dog reports not tied to an account are retained only as long as needed to reunite a pet.
